By purchasing services at Famium, you are agreeing that you fully understand the nature of the services that you are purchasing. As a customer, you may request a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Upon review, a refund may be provided by Famium.
As a client, you agree not to use fraudulent payment details at our website. Any attempt to use fraudulent/stolen payment cards or methods will be reported via our payment gateway to the authorities. In such an instance, our website may disclose data (including name, IP address, location) of the user to the authorities.
Famium reserves the right to fight fraudulent chargebacks and take any necessary action. As a user you agree to reach out to Famium via email if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Any attempts made at fraudulent chargebacks will result in cancellation of service, termination of account, ban of users' IP address and card details, and if required, ban of user's social profiles.
As a user you agree that you will communicate to Famium should a need for a refund arise.
Corrections and modifications
As a user you understand that materials on Famium website may contain technical, textual or photographic errors. Famium reserves the rights to fix corrections, and modifications to it's website as deemed necessary. Additionally, Famium may update its website and experience from time to time.
Famium is a UAE based company, and is governed by the laws of the UAE
As a user you have the right to request for a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Should there be an error with your purchase, or a failure on our part to deliver within the first 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided. Please note - services if and when delivered in full, cannot be refunded. As a user you are expected to try out smaller plans of the services prior to placing orders for larger plans. By purchase any plan beyond the base/lowest plan of any service, you automatically agree that you understand exactly what our service entails and thus, cannot demand a refund for it, provided that it is delivered in full.
Please note that Famium is not affiliated with any social media network, which includes, but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.
When purchasing a service at Famium, the provided delivery time or selected speed of delivery is only an estimation and is not guaranteed in any way.
As a customer of Famium, you agree that your profiles should be 'public' and that you may not delete, archive or hide your posts for which you have placed orders.
As a user you agree that you will keep yourself updated with terms of service at Famium.
