I haven't received my order. What do I do?

Please ensure that your Instagram profile is public and your profile/post is not restricted (by country, age, or any other metric).

While we typically aim to deliver services within a few minutes, at times the delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you have any issues with the order, please contact us and we'll get back to you in no time.

Do you do custom plans?

For existing customers with a history at Famium, we are always open to building customized plans and services.

Do the followers drop?

We don't personally control the accounts that follow you as a result of our service, hence, we cannot (and no service can, for that matter) provide a lifetime guarantee on the followers.

While rare, occasionally, you may experience minor drop in followers. If this drop occurs within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refill it at no charge.

How often do the followers replenish?

We automatically replenish any drops in delivered followers every 24-72 hours. The followers are auto refilled for a max of 30 days, at no additional charge.

You may opt out of auto-refills by contacting us.

I've sent a message via contact form, when can I expect a reply?

In most cases we reply to all messages and emails within 24 hours. However, at times we may take up to 72 hours to get back to your inquiry.

If you haven't heard back from us within 72 hours of sending us an inquiry, please try sending another email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and many others.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we'll refund it.

Refunds may take 3-7 business days, depending on how quick your bank processes it.

Do you accept Crypto?

We currently do not accept crypto payments, but may add it in the near future.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we do not support PayPal. However, our site accepts most major credit/debit cards.
